If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch, original box, warranty card, and all protective films back into the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
